ABV’s added value lies in the efficient management of grant applications. All required data are provided by the customer. ABV takes on to present the data to the granting organization in the format required and within the deadlines. The goal is to maximize impact on cash flow.

ABV plays a role in the different stages of the grant application file.

 
  • Making an overview of public funding possibilities in line with customer requirements which allow developing a strategy of grant requests.
  • Preparing the grant application file in cooperation with the customer and the public administration. ABV ensures that all administrative requirements are fulfilled and that company staff time to do so is kept to the minimum.
  • Following up the file until the grant is obtained.
  • Implementing procedures to generate the necessary reports and requests for funding.
  • Coordinating continuously all administrative information activities, deadlines and fulfilment of prerequisites.
  • Preparing and submitting grant applications, and documenting customer utilization of funding.
  • Providing assistance in case of public administration audits.
  • Coordinating possible reimbursements.
